Our daily picks come from a statistical simulation (season stats, probable pitchers, bullpen strength, home field, weather, and park factors). They are our model's output, not professional betting, financial, or investment advice, and no outcome is ever guaranteed -- past accuracy does not predict future results. You are solely responsible for any decisions, including any wager, you make based on content from this site.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You're responsible for knowing and complying with the laws of your own jurisdiction regarding sports prediction content and wagering -- these vary by state and country, and King Bets does not verify your local legality for you.

Subscription & billing

• King Bets is a recurring monthly subscription, billed in advance via Stripe at the price shown at signup.
• Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel.
• Cancel anytime from your account's "Manage subscription" link (Stripe's billing portal) -- cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial periods.
• We may change the subscription price going forward; you'll be notified before any change takes effect on your account.

Your account

Keep your login credentials secure and don't share your account. You're responsible for all activity under your account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to resell, redistribute, scrape, or publicly republish King Bets' picks or data, and not to attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
